Kayaking mishap. Go pro was attached to the front with a spring clamp. paddle knocked it off. the attached float kept it buoyant, although hard to spot in the murky water, however when we found it and picked it up by the float, the string came undone and the camera sank. i returned 2 days later when the weather was slightly better, with a mask and snorkel and after a good 15-20 mins searching in the icy water, i spotted it and was able to dive and retrieve it. sadly when it hit the lake-bed, it was facing downwards, so until the battery died my card was filled up with shots of mossy green rocks.
